GOTIANUN-LED Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) on Thursday said it expanded its development footprint in the affordable-housing segment in Calamba, Laguna, where it recently launched two projects under its Futura brand, Ventura Real and Valle Dulce Phase 2.

Both housing projects are located within Pueblo Solana in Ciudad de Calamba, a Filipino-Hispanic mixed-use property spanning 350 hectares the company said recreates and revives the history, tradition and lifestyle of the old Calamba town.

“The expansion of Valle Dulce and the launch of Ventura Real is Filinvest’s answer to the ever- increasing demand for modestly priced homes in a secure and spacious environs,” said Rey Ascaño, FLI senior vice president and cluster head for central and south west Luzon cluster.

He said after Valle Dulce’s Phase One sold about 83 percent of its units, the company started its second phase that sells more than 493 lots and house-and-lot packages, with prices ranging from P1 million to P1.7 million. Valle Dulce has three model units.

“We are very happy with the public’s reception of Valle Dulce Phase 1. The launch of its second phase is a testament that Filinvest is serving the demand for easy-on-the-pocket houses in a secured community with well-appointed amenities. Buyers may choose from 70 square meters to as much as 77-sq-m lot areas, providing the needed space for a comfortable living,” Ascaño said.

Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and outdoor chessboard and gym equipment, as well as a gazebo and additional pocket parks due for Phase 2 development, the company said.

The other Futura community is Ventura Real, a 5.3-hectare community that features value homes in a gated community, with a view of Mount Makiling.

The company said the development is ideal for newlyweds and start-up families as it offers house-and-lot packages that follows the brand’s cast-in-place trademark construction on a typical lot area of 88 sq m.

The two-story Sapphire unit is designed with an open-plan layout on the ground floor with provision for two bedrooms on the second floor and space for a carport.

“Ventura Real offers a total of 332 prime lots and house-and-lot packages that are priced between P2 million and P2.8 million. For these homes, buyers are assured to get most out of the generous amenities it offers, such as a basketball court, pavilion, swimming pool, pocket parks, and outdoor play area with water feature,” the company said. Futura is the value-homes brand of FLI.
