First Residential Condominium to Rise Soon in Zamboanga

We are proud to announce that Zamboanga Peninsula’s first residential condo @Futura Vinta Zamboanga by Filinvest has officially launched!

Filinvest held Love Local launch event last July 8 for Futura Vinta, a mid-rise condominium project prominently located along Vitaliano Agan Avenue, one of the city’s major thoroughfares.

Filinvest Land President Tristan Las Marias said he hopes to support the region’s continued economic growth through their company’s investment in Zamboanga.

The company is initially investing over P1.3 billion to complete Futura Vinta, one of its landmark projects in Mindanao.
