GOTIANUN-LED Filinvest Land, Inc. is set to develop a 23-hectare property in General Trias, Cavite to expand its business portfolio.
In a statement over the weekend, Filinvest said it would bring to the property market a new phase of its Savannah Fields residential project in Cavite under its wholly-owned smart-value homes brand Futura.
The new phase will offer 712 pocket house-and-lot and residential lot packages with sizes ranging from 27 square meters (sqm) to 50 sqm each.
Each unit will go for between P1 million and P3 million apiece and can be availed through in-house and bank financing.
Filinvest said the new development would cater to start-up families and young professionals.
“Savannah Fields is part of Filinvest’s commitment to fulfill more dreams by giving our buyers a well-planned community where they can raise their families,” Filinvest senior vice-president for southwest cluster Rey Ascano said.
Amenities will include a playground, a clubhouse, swimming pools, a basketball court, pocket parks, and an outdoor events lawn. The development will also be equipped with 24-hour security.
Savannah Fields is strategically located along Arnaldo Highway in Barangay San Francisco.
