FILINVEST Land, Inc. is expanding its affordable housing business with the launch of two more projects under the segment.

In a statement on Thursday, Filinvest Land said it will bring to the property market two affordable housing developments under the Futura brand—the Ventura Real and Valle Dulce Phase 2—located within the 350-hectare townscape Pueblo Slana in Ciudad de Calamba.

Filinvest said it duplicated the first phase of Valce Dulce after having sold 83 percent of the total units. Phase 2 will comprise of prime lots and house-and-lot packages with prices ranging from P1 million to P1.7 million.

“We are very happy with the public’s reception of Valle Dulce Phase 1. The launch of its second phase is a testament that Filinvest is serving the demand for easy on the pocket houses in a secured community with well-appointed amenities. Buyers may choose from 70 sqm. to as much as 77 sqm. lot areas, providing the needed space for comfortable living,” Filinvest Senior Vice President Rey Ascano said.

Amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and outdoor chessboard and gym equipment, a gazebo, and pocket parks.

Meanwhile, Ventura Real will be a 53-hectare community, offering 332 prime lots and house-and-lot packages priced at P2 million to P2.8 million apiece. The development targets newly-weds and start-up families. Amenities will include a basketball court, pavilion, swimming pool, pocket parks, and outdoor play area.

“Safety and convenience were also a major consideration in designing Ventura Real. It boasts of facilities such as a village entrance with guardhouse, perimeter fence, wide concrete roads, power distribution lines, centralized water distribution system and underground drainage system. These features also make Ventura Real an ideal community,” said Ascaño.
