Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI), one of the Philippines’ top residential developers, celebrated another important milestone as it completed and turned over One Spatial Iloilo, its residential condominium project under the Futura by Filinvest brand, last Wednesday, November 24.
Residential units were turned over to 60 owners, having invested in One Spatial Iloilo’s smart-value units ranging from 27 square meters (sq.m.) for the 1-bedroom units to between 32 to 42 sq.m. for the 2-bedroom units.
